        Somerville library recommended here for a free public notary but apparently you need to make an appointment. This fact is not noted anywhere, either on the website or in the bank itself.

        30 minutes wait just for a card just because Liliana Ortega don't stop talking things that are not from work with another employee need to be more professional I understand if I'm waiting because they have another customer but not because they love to be talking I feel discriminated too because they look at me past me by but don't help me to get my new card

        Terrible customer service. I was told they couldnt change quarters for me because you have to have an account with them as they look you up in the system to give you QUARTERS. The teller acted like it was a free service or a favor. Line was long as hell because atms werent working and they only had 2 tellers while a 3rd employee just stood there watching the line as it got bigger and bigger. Go to Winterhill bank or Bank of America, they dont make up fake policies to gate keep quarters.
