We went to 1 open house with him, we instantly fell in love with the house and within hours our offer was accepted. Craig stayed on top of every detail from beginning to end. Craig made sure we were aware of everything so we wouldnt be surprised. He definitely showed us what it was like to work with a professional top agent. He got us our dream home and as First time home buyers, he made sure we got the house we wanted. He got us through the finish line, he was there every step of the way. If anyone is looking for someone to walk them through the process without fail and be upfront and open about every detail, Craig is your guy!

Craig Brown is very diligent, dedicated and hardworking. We were very picky and wanted a house with specific details that checked a certain amount of boxes. We thought a property like that was almost impossible to find, but Craig stayed on it. He searched night and day until he found us the perfect house. After we found the house, he worked fast to get a quick closing. He negotiated our offer with the sellers, which was quickly accepted. He then gathered the team we needed to make this sale happen. We never felt like we were on our own with anything because he explained the process every step of the way and was involved in every aspect. The process was easy and less stressful with the help of his extensive knowledge of real estate and mortgage loans. His work ethic was amazing and his ability to problem solve, think quickly and adjust to overcome obstacles was incredible. He stayed on top of everything and everyone to make sure we closed on schedule. I'm thoroughly impressed with Craig as a realtor and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants good quality home buying representation.

I have to come here and leave this review because it is very well deserved! My husband and I were recently looking for a home and was interested in one of Joseph Stills houses (MLS#: 73140470). My husband and I offered $20k over asking price and without even seeing the home. But we asked for an answer that night and for them to cancel any open houses. Not only was Joseph extremely rude to my realtor that I was working with, but he was also very rude to my husband when he went to the open house after we were denied our offer because Joseph thought that we thought the house was worth that. However, we all know the market right now. My husband went to the open house and the first thing Joseph said to my husband was well this house is listed at (whatever it was at the time) so I hope its within your price range. Then we decided we were done dealing with them. We continued our own path and continued to notice this house sitting on the market and we still hadnt found our forever home. So my realtor reached out to Joseph to see if I, myself, could see the home. Joseph needed to be rude again and state to my agent oh so youre circling back around?! Have they not found anything yet? We have 4 offers on the table and plan to do another open house but your clients offer wasnt good enough. For anyone who is looking into this company to sell your home, do NOT use Joseph Still for your agent. Unfortunately the house is still sitting on the market with a lowered price. We, however, found our forever home so we are thankful our offer was denied for petty reasons!
