It was a pleasure to work with Katelyn at CarpetPlus Colortile in Somerset. I consulted her for a kitchen design. I gave her my ideas, she listened, added in her expertise, and she created a beautiful and functional design for our family of five. From start to finish Katelyn was always there for me to answer questions and guide me in the right direction! Quality of products are excellent. Loving my LVF floor as much as my kitchen cabinets, quartz countertop and backsplash! Katelyn made the process so easy and I would go to her again in a heartbeat!

Carpets Plus Colortile installed our carpet about 8 years ago and it has been great. However my dog recently tore up a section and I called to a repair. Katelyn was fantastic communicating with me and remembered so much about us from our last conversation years ago. It made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Their installer, Phil came today and was able to fix the carpet in no time. He even noticed some extra spots that could use some help from years of wear and fixed those while he was here! Incredible service and couldn't be happier! Thank you!

First time using this establishment and I look forward to doing more business in the future. Katelyn is so knowledgeable and helpful which is something hard to find. I purchased floor tiles, backsplash, and a kitchen island. So many choices for door pulls and knobs. Thank you so much Katelyn for all your help with my project!
