Came in for new tires. Left with tire pressure light on which turned out to be they broke two of the sensors and claimed they were already broken when I got there. They didnt balance the wheels at all.

My husband and I were 150 miles away from home on a road trip when we popped a tire on a large pothole. Unfortunately our donut spare would not be able to get us all the way home, which, as your can imagine, is extremely stressful. We had work the next day and stopped at Mavis at close to 5 pm. They were friendly and efficient - we worked with Patrick, who was kind, funny and professional - took a look at our car, had the exact tire we needed (fyi the local dealership didnt have the tire!), and fixed it within 30 minutes for a reasonable price. I feel extremely fortunate that they were there in our time of need, especially when auto repair shops so frequently dont have proper parts or take a long time to do things. Thank you very much, Mavis of Shrewsbury! Highly recommend!

Patrick at Mavis, tires and brakes in Shrewsbury Massachusetts, was such a great help. He got my car in and out in the same day. My brakes are working wonderful. I recently went back to have one of my front tires checked for a slow leak, and Jose and Joey Checked the leak and replaced the valves for me for free. Every time I go I have a wonderful experience.
