        Katie was so helpful! She took the time to give me some great painting tips and helped me narrow down my color search so I could make a decision on what color to use for my dining room.

        Katie was horrible the second she answered the phone. She had such a bad attitude & literally laughed at me when I requested she look up a color I have in a newly purchased home. I asked what was funny & she said something about the sellers agent being difficult but clearly she is the one who is being difficult so its hard to believe the sellers agent was the problem. Im always the one to kill with kindness & it was apparent Katie was trying to be nice towards the end of the conversation to make up for her disgusting attitude. Be better Katie.

        I've been to easily 15 different Sherwin williams. I definitely prefer Sherwin williams. This store is an absolute cut above the rest of them though easily the best staff I've ever dealt with unbelievably helpful. The girl(wish I knew her name) has a serious knack for custom making paint. Best Sherwin williams at least on the east side of the state.
