        I lost weight that had been increasing over 20 years within a couple of months. Although the diet is initially very restricted it was surprisingly easy to follow because I saw results immediately which provided me with further encouragement. I'm able to control my weight within a 2-3 lb. fluctuation and feel confident about my control. This is the best I've felt about my appearance in 20 years. Thank you!
