        Please stop removing my review! My visit to Massage Envy in Shrewsbury in August 2023 was a nightmare. Despite being nine months pregnant and seeking relief through a prenatal massage recommended by my OB, the experience turned sour during checkout. I was presented with numerous documents on a tablet, supposedly related to using my HSA account for payment. Feeling unwell and with English not being my first language, I gave them my HSA card and signed what they told me needed to be signed because I was using my HSA. To my shock, I later discovered a $1,000 charge billed as an annual membership fee, never mentioned during the process. Dealing with the owner, Tia, to resolve the issue was equally unpleasant, as she dismissed my concerns and was rude. She was not present during this incident, yet was completely dismissive about what happened. My advice? Avoid Massage Envy Shrewsbury to save yourself from similar troubles and financial loss. I later saw that other people have had the similar experiences.
