We recently sold our house and wanted to have it professionally cleaned after we moved out. Junior came to see the house and give us an estimate the same day we called him--less than a week before we needed our house cleaned--and gave us a very reasonable price for the job. Marielle and her assistant showed up on time, did a great job, and made our empty house look super clean for the new owners. We highly recommend The Solution Cleaning Service! Best cleaning company in Worcester! They arrived were SO thorough in their cleaning, it was clear that they really cared about their work. Very professional, very friendly; Junior and his team cleaned my house like it's never been cleaned before!

Not trustworthy. Hired Junior and Marielle to clean my elderly fathers home. At first they were good, but over time they got sloppy. While there was clutter, it didnt justify leaving toilets and bathtubs dirty and finding cobwebs in easy to see places, especially what they charged for such a small space. They took advantage of our trust / minimal oversight. Lesson learned. Service: Standard cleaning

This couples cleaning service isnt worth the price. When my wife first contacted them, they offered a free initial visit to see the space and give an estimate for a standard cleaning of our space. Junior showed up, met with my wife where she told him exactly what she wanted to be cleaned and asked how much it would be (dusting, vacuuming hardwoods, carpets and kitchen, full bathroom clean, and windows). A price was agreed upon and it seemed very reasonable. They agreed on a date and time and because of how reasonable the price was, my wife made the mistake of Venmoing the full fee days in advanced of the job date. Before they even came into the place to clean, they showed up 35 minutes late with no notice that they were going to be late. When they finally got here, I welcomed them, asked if they needed anything and gave them my cell phone number of case they needed anything or had questions. 2 hours later I came back, walked in the door and knew my wife was not going to be happy. From our front door, I could see debris on the carpet, dust bunnies left under the couch and in corners near the closets. We have 2 sets of selves that sit on either side of a window - the left side was dusted but the right side was not. Our railings were dusted, yes but multiple chunks of dust from the railings were left behind. When confronted with the shoddy job, he argued with my wife saying that he wasnt tall enough to clean the shelves (yet he cleaned half of them) and they did the best they could. Bottom line - these two do a great sales job and then clean the parts of your house your can see easily, but dont complete the work they promised! Service: Standard cleaning
