Unfortunately I was there for a total of one hour before I decided to just walk out and have my boss deal with the cancellation process. The place was FULL of people hanging out, & shoeless kids running all over the halls, dozens. That wasnt the issue but it became part of it when I got to the room and it reminded me of a dirty apartment. No amenities like a microwave. Musky, humid. It felt more like a housing project than a hotel. I travel for work and between all the people, noise, and state of the place itself I knew I wouldnt get proper rest so I just had to leave. If you dont mind the absolute bare minimum its a bed in a room in a building.

What can I say I want to help! The reviews here are showing almost an even amount of votes per one star if it were not for the location I wouldnt be here. Shrewsbury is a great town, however everywhere you go the people will have stories of their own. My experience with this hotel hasnt changed in the stays Ive stayed here. Usually you meet with a person they dont contemplate a made up folk tale in reserving a simple stay. I have gotten issues from all avenues whether it be from a tech support robot , a concierge or receptionist I feel as though the problem lies within the visitation agreements per price. They dont clarify their expectations for the charge amounts and for a person who is seemingly rude , you probably shouldnt continue expecting some sort of pay out for a room you were resilient in providing. Although thankfully with my own budgeting I cleaned up the room, I tidied up my little space and here I am writing this review for reference. No hands put in my face, no cash this time for destruction of property deposit and guess what the noise , the construction wouldnt be me because Im dead and unbothered between the hours of 11pm to 6am I try to be alert between the hours of 7am to 10pm. May whoever is causing these griefs rest in peace as well when they have finished their property constructions! Its soooo louddddd Im runninng out of things to say!!!!! Settle down , settle down!!!!!
