Truly remarkable contractor: knowledgeable, highly skilled, meticulous workmanship, always on time, honest, and communicates well. He's got all the traits you hope to find in a contractor. He's a smart, personable guy who takes pride in his work. We're very glad weve found KB Home Improvement. We'll be using Kosta for multiple projects going forward, with our next one, a major bathroom remodel, already scheduled. Im so happy we chose KB Home Improvement. We had a bathroom renovated and Kosta was very meticulous. His communication was very much appreciated as he kept me fully informed throughout the project. In the end, the bathroom came out great and the price was ver fair. I already told him were using him again on our next project.

I'm still amazed that googling contractors near me was sich a lucky search that connected me with Kosta. Kosta is a talented craftman whose pride in his work is evident. We are so pleased with our new walk-in shower. Kosta is everything you could want in a contractor and more. He responds to any questions in a timely fashion. He is the ultimate professional. Have been working with Konstantin for about 10 years. Our house is 100 plus years old and a lot of improvements needed to be done. Over the past 10 years Konstantin remodeled our master bathroom, all bedrooms upstairs, entire hallway top to bottom. Everything was demolished down to the nail studs and rebuilt and modernized. He suggested all the designs, colors and kept me in my budget. Every day showed up on time and worked till that part of task was completed. During all the renovations we didnt even feel displaced from our house because the area was professionally covered and cleaned up after each task. This year Konstantin is rebuilding a front porch that was trashed by another contractor last year (will not mention a name, but will never hire again). Next year- walking shower. My 100 plus year old house will look like brand new in a couple of more years. Thanks to Konstantin and KB Home Improvement!!
