        Jan. 3- I sat for 10 minutes waiting to speak with an office associate about my account. Sat right outside the office of an associate and he didn't even look up. Another associate walking right passed me, with no acknowledgement and she went into his office and they proceeded to chat away while I sat there. Customer service is very important to me. I got up and walked without service. I will take my business elsewhere.
