        I loved the location of Quinn35 with Whole Foods, Burton's, and Orange Theory Fitness in the same plaza, but the square footage was too small for this price point. I was also concerned about the noise from other apartments, the pool was mid, and although the community is relatively pet friendly, there isn't a great place to walk your dog nearby (the pet rent was the highest I've seen in the area and the dog park was itsy bitsy). The staff were friendly and helpful, but the price compared to the square footage didn't work for me.

        Lovely apartments to live in with quickly responsive maintenance staff. Mo fixed my hot water same-day and then noticed one of my lightbulbs was out and replaced it without prompting!

We have very few noise complaints in the community and if we do receive one we take immediate action to try and get it resolved as quickly as possible. The community offers a large area to walk your dog plus our dog park. There are lots of public areas nearby to take a dog to. We will consider your comments as we strive to improve our community.
