        Siscotech installed a number of mini splits and were incredible. They were professional, responsive, on time, and they did all the paperwork for MassSave. When our boiler stopped working (no heat or hot water) on the night before Thanksgiving, Brian showed up within 30 minutes and fixed it. We cannot recommend them enough!

        Siscotech was very professional and prepared when they got here with a wonderful crew. The conversion from Oil to Propane was accomplished in 1 day because of their hard work and preparations. The crew was friendly and cleaned up everything. Highly recommended! Jack Cowles

        My experience was quite the opposite with Brian, who seems to think that the customer should be honored to have his company perform a job. Maybe the recent building boom has changed his attitude, but my experience seems different from the other reviews. Initially, it took forever to get a proposal, and Brian required an upfront fee of $200, something no other HVAC professional in the area requested from me. He then required 50% of the quoted price to be put on the schedule, an amount that significantly exceeds what is allowed by MA regulations for contractors. Lastly, he kept increasing the price of the quote without any justification after the project was pushed into the Spring because he couldnt make time to do the job before the winter started and I did not want to give him the 50% deposit 8 months prior to the start of the job. Too much can go wrong in the interim, and this amount exceeds statutes in MA dictating what a home improvement contractor can charge for a deposit. Overall, just a very unpleasant experience, Ive used many excellent contractors in the Berkshires, and I would look elsewhere.
