I had Mike Fillion come to perform a structural inspection on a house I was looking to purchase after noticing some potential issues with the structure of the home in a previous inspection. He was able to recommend solutions to the issues that I had noticed and also pointed out a few other things that needed attention that neither I nor the previous inspector had noticed. He took the time to answer all of my questions, was very flexible in scheduling, and provided the report back very quickly so we could use it in negotiations with the seller. Overall it was great working with Mike.
