Ellie was very rude, discriminative and disrespectful during my daughters last physical. Her comments were very disturbing and we both felt very uncomfortable. My daughter needed her blood done and was fasting. She started judging that she didnt drink anything that morning. Meanwhile It was an early morning appointment and she woke up an hour before It. Then a secretary walks in to do the blood work. She poked her twice and couldnt get the vein. After I asked to get a referral to Quest she said that my daughter is dehydrated and thats why she cant take her blood. We left and went to Quest and they took her blood within a minute. It was a very unpleasant experience with lots of very disturbing comments toward us.

We've only had positive experiences at Neponset Valley Pediatrics since our 4 year old started coming here when he was born. Both our 2 year old and 4 year old see Dr. Levin, and the Nurse Practitioner Ellie is just as wonderful and knowledgable. We love having a small pediatrician's office and they always work hard to fit us in when something important pops up.

They get to know my son. For example, they know my son loves trucks and usually put him in the exam room with cars & trucks wallpaper. They're easy to get in touch with when we have urgent and non-urgent medical questions. It's also been very easy for us to get last minute medical appointments when my son needs to be seen as soon as possible (and does not warrant a trip to the emergency room). The team is always friendly and caring.

My oldest is 16 and we've been at NVP since day 1. Dr. Levin has made some awesome changes in our 16 years, my favorite being the addition of a NP. I love Ellie and she relates quite well with my 2 teen girls and I feel very comfortable having her as their main provider. She's very good with them. Dr. Levin has been very thorough and after 16 years and 3 kids, he knows us quite well. The front desk and support staff are great as well. Overall, I'm very happy with my kid's medical care here.

Being a parent of 2 young children I am constantly second guessing if I am making the right choice. However, I am fully confident in my choice of Neponset Valley Pediatrics. Dr Levin and PNP Ellie are an amazing team. No matter who I see, I always feel supported and that my children are in amazing care. They both always seem to go the extra mile to ensure that all my concerns are addressed and that my children stay safe/healthy.
