Awful visit. I visited this nail salon for the first time yesterday and got a regular manicure. I called to see if they could take a walk-in, they confirmed, and came in at 5:45PM (1 hr 15 min before closing). There were no other clients in the salon, and the owner did my manicure. I'm disappointed to say the least. The entire process took only 20 minutes. Of that time, 15 minutes was spent cleaning the cuticles and 5 minutes to quickly paint the color. There was no reason to rush as there were no other clients, and the business would still remain open for another 55 minutes. The results are awful, see pictures below. The cuticles were not cleaned up, with extra skin and hangnails still around. And this is after I cleaned some up myself when I got home. The paint job is very sloppy. You can clearly see the 2 layers, they're not cohesive, and there are air pockets. I would not come back here, and I leave the pictures here for others to make their decision for the future.
