We hired ARK BUILDERS to do a full kitchen & bathroom reno down to the studs. They also installed hardwood flooring throughout. The result is truly remarkable and we couldn't be any happier with the result. Stas, the owner, is an excellent craftsman and surrounded himself with talented tradesmen. He is reliable, easy to communicate with, attentive, and ready to tackle any and all challenges. He listened to our plans and executed them flawlessly, provided excellent insight and suggestions of his own that made the project come together better than we imagined. More importantly, he stands behind his work and will work tirelessly to make everything right. We wholeheartedly recommend him for any home renovation project.

They just did a fantastic job finishing our basement. The entire team were highly professional, extremely skilled at what they do, and treated every aspect of the project as if he was their own house - with utmost care and attention to detail. They truly owned their work. The project took almost exactly the amount of time and money they said it would, which I would have never believed was possible if it weren't for my own experience with Ark. Stan, the general contractor and owner, is an outstanding and very talented carpenter himself. He generated and implemented numerous brilliant ideas for our basement, including solutions to seemingly unsolvable problems. There literally isn't anything he can't do. He was super easy to communicate with, always easy to reach, and always very responsive to our needs. He always kept his finger on the pulse of what was going on, had a clear plan of action and schedule, and would run any issues by us in a timely manner to get our input along the way. The entire crew was very respectful of our property and privacy, cleaning up after themselves on the daily basis and, of course, at the very end of the project. After such a positive experience with Ark, I know that they are the only people we would ever hire again.
