My husband and I knew the minute we walked in that this would be the best place for his parents. It was beautiful and the staff were friendly and warm. They have loads of fun activities and they worked very hard to make sure that everything was perfect for their arrival! Anabel, Sam, and Aimee were fantastic and supportive every step of the way and we couldnt be more grateful for all they have done!

We had our mother, who is almost 99 in another place for 2 1/2 years and should have taken her out early on. As you can imagine its not easy to change. We are so thankful to CareOne for providing a safe, beautiful and caring place for our mother. The people at CareOne are drastically different than the previous place, they greet you with smiles and are genuine in their approach to the resident and family, they almost seem like they have adopted a GrandMother. We only wish we had done this before.

I appreciate the level of thoughtfulness I feel each time I walk into the building to visit Mom. I can tell the staff really care. The facility went through a lot of changes when CareOne took over and its nice to see all the new efforts coming together. The activity crew always seems to have nice events happening and really try to get all involved. I can tell the entire team are working together, it shows. I'm glad to know Mom is happy and well taken care of. A wonderful facility and very well managed.
