I have been a resident for 7 months now and my initial impressions were positive. Overall this is a quiet apartment complex with many families and the residents prefer to keep things quiet. The complex is pet friendly but the accommodations for them are quite poor. The dog park is very small and right next to the dumpsters. Recently the complex was taken over by a new company, renaming it “The Point at Sharon”. Since taking the complex over I’ve noticed more garbage around the complex, demanding emails sent out by management to all residents, gym equipment has been broken for two months, and a new fee for paying rent online. Overall the complex is good but the change in new management has not been positive.

So far I'm happy with everything as a whole. The complex is new & beautiful and the other tenants have been so very welcoming in such a way I was really surprised, I mean it's one thing for a hi here and there but I'm talking about people who don't even know me stopping and offering to assist me while I'm moving my things in. It was heartwarming!!! There's no major complaints to even voice, I've been here for approximately 2 weeks and so far I couldn't have asked for a more connected beautiful complex/neighbors! Brittney in the front office has been super helpful, her interaction with me is what made me decide this was a place I wanted to call HOME!

The apartments at Eli are not only beautiful, but also very spacious. It is also nice to be able to rent a parking space with storage in the temperature controlled garage. With Eli located right near the highway, shopping, and close to Sharon center it makes It a very convenient place to live. I find it so easy to commute into either Boston or Providence. The community and the friendly staff makes living here enjoyable!
