I have lived at the Wilber School for almost three years. During that time I submitted four maintenance requests. All of the requests submitted were completed the day of or within the day following the requested service. The maintenance service is great as is everything else about living here. The building itself is also maintained immaculately. Great job by the office management and maintenance staff

Wilbur School apartment is such a lovely place to live, beautiful apartments and grounds that are well maintained. There is a wonderful community of people here who are very friendly and always make the days brighter! Brigette and Dan are so incredible and responsive and if there is ever an issue it is always addressed quickly and professionally. Cant recommend Wilbur School enough!

Dryer was not getting warm enough to dry my clothes. Put through a maintenance work order and had to leave for some errands. When I returned, dryer had been fixed and notice left as to what was done. It is gratifying to know that things that are important to a resident are taken care of in a timely manner whether one can be home or not. Dan is professional and courtesy maintenance manager; and, Brigette along with him, make a caring team.

I want to leave a review for the exceptional assistants I received today, The maintenance manager Shane is phenomenal. I had a small request for service that turned into 3 replacement job and he came in took his time and carefully and very respectfully fixed everything, within a short time. This man is very knowledgeable very polite and professional and I thank him so much ! Its very comforting and stress-less knowing you have a great Maintenence Manager always there going above and beyond !
