We first got connected with Mikayla for a rental property in the town that we were looking to buy (Scituate). Mikayla was SO responsive. We needed to move fast to secure the rental so that we could move forward with the sale of our own home. We could not have been happier that she was the one who picked up the phone when we called Jack Conway's office. After having such a successful transaction to secure the rental property we knew we wanted to work with her to find a home in town in the coming months. She got us in to see properties before open houses, She gave us great insight into the market and was just all around fun and lovely to work with. We got so lucky finding her. We ultimately found a phenomenal home that we purchased in record closing time and beat out two other offers with her sound advice. Highly recommend her! As a first time home buyer, the thought of purchasing my home seemed so daunting. I was referred to Mikayla as someone who has experience with first time buyers, and I can absolutely attest to that. We sent each other MANY listings, went to just as many showings (some more odd than others), and ended up purchasing the second house I submitted an offer on!
