Buying a beach house in Scituate was a dream come true, and it wouldn't have been possible without the Molly's incredible guidance and expertise. From the very beginning, she was extremely responsive and has great knowledge of the local market and neighborhood details. She went as far as working during her vacation abroad and enlisting another realtor to help show a house we were interested in. Though that house didn't work out, she was patient with us and helped us tailor our offer under a tight timeline in order to get our current dream house. I feel like we survived a battle -- first finding me the right lender, and the perfect home -- and then needing to switch gears and sell my house in record time! I'm so glad everything worked out. Selling my home for an over-asking price with no home inspection was such a WIN! Overcoming challenges is what it's all about, and I think we did that well. It was such a blessing working with Molly.
