        This is a lovely place to stay and the staff is amazing. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. You can't beat the location as we could walk to everything. Very comfortable and reasonably priced. Nearby activities: We also visited the Scituate Salt Cave and had a wonderful time. It was a quick walk.

        A wonderful place to stay, great views! Came in for a wedding and this inn was recommended and did not disappoint!

        The room was very attractive, newly renovated, and spotlessly clean. But I was surprised there wasn't a coffee maker in the room. Before you can get a coffee in the morning, you have to get dressed to go to the lobby. That's crazy. Also, the breakfast is pretty skimpy. Yogurt and an orange were fine, but the only pastry was a strange pistachio muffin wrapped in plastic. It wasn't very good. And no toaster to warm it. And there was limited seating without individual tables to sit at. The few armchairs were occupied. So we had to carry everything back to our room. The staff was very pleasant. The room was nice and very clean. But the bed was hard, the towels were limited and the ceiling soundproofing wasn't great. Overall, not the luxury experience I expected for $300 a night. (I paid a holiday rate.) I had mixed feelings about the whole experience.

      We are so happy that you found our rooms attractive and spotlessly clean as well as our staff to be very pleasant. We are sorry you had issues with your stay. We are a small Inn and do not have coffee makers in the rooms because we offer unlimited coffee, tea and hot chocolate in our lobby around the clock. The furthest room from the lobby is a 10 second walk. Our lobby is not large, but most people grab and go or sit for a short time and move on. Our continental breakfast has fresh fruit, yogurt, a variety of muffins, juices, cereals and oatmeal. The muffins are wrapped, a hold over from Covid, that our guests seem to like as they can grab and go. As for the towels, our staff is at the desk around the clock so that if our guests need anything, all they have to do is call, we would have been happy to get you all the towels you wanted. I wish you had given us a chance to help make your stay more enjoyable while you were here, in the future I suggest you contact the front desk with any issues you may have, as they may be able to help and you would have a more enjoyable stay.
