Sanctuary at Herring Brook

The community and apartments at Sanctuary have been incredibly welcoming and comfortable from day one. Having spent almost a year in this complex, I can confidently say that I have had little to no complaints. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to beaches, shops, and Route 3. The management team has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure our needs are met, and I truly appreciate their hard work. Hats off to them!

I would recommend Sanctuary Apartments to anyone in search of a welcoming, well-managed community to call home. The combination of exceptional amenities, prime location, and the outstanding staff creates an unbeatable living experience that exceeds expectations. To touch upon that 1 star review.. There are a lot of unnecessary complaints from residents. (For example: not being able to park right outside the front door when the parking lot is not big at all) The staff still acknowledges these "issues" to try to maintain a positive living environment for everyone. I give them props because it is a lot of work to try to please everyone.

The apartments are lovely but the new building manager is not. It is unacceptable and unprofessional to be talking poorly about the residents on the phone while others can hear her. I'm very disappointed in this place.
