    Where do I begin. Ive started staying here a year ago for work and I wouldnt go to any other hotel now. From front desk, to house keeping theyre one of the sweetest employees youll ever meet. They always go out of there way to make sure your needs are met. They always make me feel welcome and at home. Rooms: Very clean rooms Safety: Safe location Walkability: So many walkable places Food & drinks: Kowloon Chinese food is right next store

    My God, this place has BED BUGS!!!! I stayed overnight with my boyfriend in a queen size room that had two beds, room 330(one king size bed was unavailable) I thought I was paranoid because I felt itchy after being on the bed one hour. I woke up the next morning with large, itchy bumps all over my neck and shoulders. My boyfriend's head wouldn't stop itching. I told the front desk associate 'Vanessa ' who didn't have an ounce of shock in her voice upon hearing I had bites on my body. Instead with an annoyed and bored tone she yawned and told me about Red Roof PLUS bed bug policy! (I Guess because they have em in every room!?) The policy is that Red Roof gets their bed bug specialist to come an inspect the room to authenticate a victims claims. If they 'find' anything you get your money back and if they don't then they get to keep your money! The hell with the money, I feel violated and disgusted. These people knowingly rent out rooms that endanger the physical health of people who just want a place to rest their heads for a night or two. Shame on you! Also they sneak a Room Safe Deposit fee ontop of your room fee and you must ask to remove at the end of your stay and if not, they keep it.

Helen's warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident in every interaction I had with her. Throughout my stay, Helen consistently went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. She was always ready to offer assistance with a genuine smile on her face, which made me feel valued as a guest. Helen's knowledge of the hotel and local area was impressive, as she was able to provide helpful recommendations and tips to enhance my stay. What stood out to me the most about Helen was her exceptional customer service skills. She was patient, attentive, and truly dedicated to making my experience as enjoyable as possible. Helen's ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude was truly commendable. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of Helen and the outstanding service she provided during my time at the hotel. She is a true asset to the front desk team, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant hotel experience.
