Theresas delivery, empathy and ability to communicate and educative on skills needed to practice practical and affordable self care skills is unparalleled. Living in a post pandemic world, Im sure there is something there for everyone. Dr. MC and Dr. MC's Self-Care Cabaret is a "prescription" worth taking. Dr. MC is caring, supportive and informative. Dr, MC presents self-care in a very authentic and professional manner.
