        Absolute worst customer service, ever. Will be looking for another bank to do business with.

        Thursday July 15 th 2020. 230 pm . I tried to cash a check with proper forms of Id and had two back up Identification Credentials. The teller tried get me to remove my mask in the middle of a pandemic completely unprofessional in my regards . This is why I do not and will not ever have an account with you and will tell all of my peers to do the same . I understand you have policys but tell your staff to follow cdc guidelines or this pandemic will rage on . Stay safe and stay out of citizens banks
