This guy is a public defender, he's clearly in bed with the D.A.A plea deal is still a guilty plea. If you're innocent that's not what you want on your record. He never responds to texts or emails. Talk about wasting the Commonwealth's time and resources. Justice my a$$.

Public Defenders and used car salesmen... both are fast talkers, both have goals that don't matter to the consumer, both will screw you when given the opportunity. This guy is as crooked as the D.A. If I could have given him zero stars I would have. Innocent until proven guilty? That's a joke. He treats his clients like criminals even when you're not guilty, he can't be bothered to return a call or an email and then the week of your pre-trial he will urge you to plead guilty regardless of your innocence. He'll overstate the fact that you're looking at jailtime if you fight it and lose. CWOF- is the only defense he knows, it's still a guilty plea. As it seems, only an innocent person would question it.
