Send my year old Ram in for a detail and didnt recognize the truck I got back. We have a bull dog whose hair is short and brittle and there was literally not a hair left in the truck when they were done. The paint looked better than the day I took delivery of the truck brand new! Very impressed!!

We ordered 3 transits from walls. 2 just got delivered. Dave made the deal very easy. While most other dealers around are capitalizing on a market that is hard to get transits in. Walls was more than fair on the price. In a time that ordering a commercial vehicle (especially transits ) is nearly impossible. Walls went above and beyond to help us out. Big thanks to Dave and the entire Staff over at Walls Ford. I should also mention weve had our entire fleet serviced at Walls Ford for 10 years now. They always deliver on any promises made. Great dealership all around.

I saw the 2020 Edge in the color we were looking for (Dark Persian Green) on Car Gurus and sent an inquiry around 9:00 AM to see if it was still available. Stephanie got back to me within a half hour, and we made an appointment for the afternoon as we were coming down from Maine to look at it. Stan was assigned to greet us and he met us out front as we drove up. Stan was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and was great to work with as we proceeded to test drive and then while purchasing the vehicle. Dave, the GM, followed up with us as we took delivery to make sure we were satisfied and thanked us for making the trip down and doing business with Wall's Ford. The showroom was immaculate as was the Edge when we picked it up. A great overall experience. The way car buying should be.

The staff at Wall's turned a disaster into a wonderful day. I wish I knew the names of all the people with whom I spoke, including the helpful service writer; I know only Shawn (Sean?), who talked to me about the work that had to be done. My Fusion is an outstanding car....so of course Ford decided to discontinue it in the U.S. It developed a strange issue concerning the flex plate (Google it if you wish) which requires an involved and expensive procedure that includes transmission parts. It's very annoying; the car sounds like a buzz bomb used in World War II. (Google that, too, if you wish.) My neighbors think they're being attacked whenever I pull into my driveway! This dealership is attractive, comfortable, spotless, and staffed by competent, friendly people who take pride in their business and the service they provide. Shawn (Sean?) organized the work to be done when parts come in and explained to me exactly what would happen. And the service writer who greeted me today and on the phone when I called for the appointment could not have been more welcoming and organized. Shawn (Sean?) arranged for Ford to pay for half of the service due to defective parts! This is unheard of! Today I picked up my car and it was repaired perfectly and on time. The detailer, Jaime, even repaired a minor scuff mark on one of the fenders. I will buy my new car in the spring from Wall's due to their extraordinary efforts to be efficient, honest, and welcoming and will recommend them without hesitation to any and all people I know. Thank you!
