Absolute worst customer service, from the owner none the less. Flowers were dead upon arrival and not at all what was very specifically asked for via multiple phone calls and emails to discuss. Contacted the owner after receiving the dying flower me that were not at all what I asked and paid for and she was rude and offered no apology or opportunity to fix the situation.

I am located in California but have a friend in Salisbury. I ordered some birthday flowers for her and was concerned they wouldn't get there same day as I ordered after 12pm EST. I was incredibly surprised with how fast she received them! They looked beautiful, cost was amazing and it was so fast!

I bought a dozen roses and they wilted within a few days so I called them up and they replaced them with free delivery I highly recommended this flower shop
