Excellent property management company. Responsive, efficient, great at maintaining properties, and can turn a building around from infighting and mismanagement to a beautiful place to live. Holds offenders and rule breakers responsible for damage such as cigarette trash, dog mess, rug stains, broken common area things, etc. protecting other owners from paying. He turned two separate buildings from money pits and many assessments into peaceful, clean residences- and a bonus fixed parking issues. If you like having your reserves, property maintained, and no nonsense with inconsiderate neighbors, this is the company to consider.

I've been dealing with Victory for two years. I've lived at several condominiums and I've never dealt with a better management company and association. They do a great job of balancing the needs of owners and the association. You'll never make everyone happy - but to me that's a sign of a good management company; as an owner I've been able to trust them to do the right thing.

I am a trustee at one of Victory Management's managed property. Victory was well regarded and we chased them for many years to come over to our property to manage. We had a very mismanaged property for many years and Victor and Victory team straighten everything out. Every since Victory took over, our financial health was never this healthy. Victor and the team are a reasonable and professional company to deal with.
