        We had one of the worse experiences at Longboards Salem. The service was abysmal. Seemed like there was new staff on, and they were incredibly incompetent. I hope management is able to correct this issue. If it continues, seems like there is a limited lifespan for this restaurant. I would avoid for now.

        We used to have an excellent experiencegreat atmosphere, food, and service. Since they moved to the new location, it is sub par at best. It seems the servers are consistently stressed. There is zero local feel like there used to be. The menu has changed and quality of food is no longer worth it. Frankly, I would avoid if there are other options available. And this comes from someone who was a loyal fan. Do not spend your money here. Unless they can get it together again.

We’re in the beginning of transitioning from our slower season to our much busier season and have a ton of new staff and a new menu, so we’re still working out some kitchen kinks, but they will be gone shortly!       Marie, can you shoot us a PM please. We have an outstanding staff and have been around for over 13 years, while we aren’t going anywhere, we definitely want to learn from all experiences, both good and bad. We have a full staff on each night, I hope you asked to speak with a manager, as we will always make any wrong a right. We apologize for your stay with us and want to learn more. Please shoot us a message. Thank you and our apologies again. After talking with the staff, it does appear that we had an issue with someone in your party. While we don’t like any confrontation with anyone, that person in your party, Peter was his name, was very loud, aggressive and told our staff to “F off”. We so hope that you remove this review, as it’s not fair for us as a business. Thank you

      Can you shoot us a PM please. This is the second 1 star review tonight, so clearly we fell short somewhere. We apologize for your visit with us and want to learn more. We have a great staff here and then new location has been nothing short of slammed busy all day and very well received, clearly we dropped the ball with your party today and want to learn more. It does appear that we had an issue with someone in your party that evening, loud, aggressive and making a little scene here. While we never want to have any disagreements with customers, we can’t have that type of behavior here and really hope that you remove this review.
