I can't say enough about how great the service has been from Affinity. When our furnace recently blew they were quick to the job and quick to replace. They have been managing our HVAC systems for years and we'd melt or freeze without them.

Affinity gets a 5 star review for several reasons; knowledge, quality, trust and very competitive pricing. Our primary goal was to cool our cape style home in the summer months however Mass Save's whole home energy program rebate and 0% loan gave us the opportunity to cool and heat our home using the latest heat pump technology. Mike was very knowledgeable on Mass Save programs and all the documentation submissions required for approval. Mike was also very knowledgeable on the latest Mitsubishi heat pumps (low temp operation, efficiency, quiet). The work he and his team performed was outstanding, two external units and six internal units was a lot but they completed on time and were very respectful when working in our home. Finally, by working directly with Mike vs. much larger HVAC organizations gave us a direct line to the person responsible for quoting and completing the project. I highly recommend Affinity for your next project.

Had a MassSave home energy assement done when we bought our home. Boiler is old and needs to be replaced soon. Rather than buy a new boiler we decided to go with Heat Pumps so we could have the benefit of A/C in the summer time. I had a few different companies come in and quote and Affinity was by far the lowest and for two heat pumps versus their 1. The crew cam in and had the whole job done in two days. They were fast, punctual and very professional. I love our new heat/AC units. Super Happy we went this route and would highly recommend Affinity in both quality and pricing!

Peter Shepherd is a dishonest contractor. He is operating illegally as he does not have a contractors license and uses his son's with the same name. He was extremely difficult to work with. His workers do relatively quality work, but they cut corners due to Peter's instruction.I had them do a walk-in shower and the floor had to be redone by a professional tiler. The water was not draining (at the correct pitch) and puddling. After Peter's team re-did it the professional tiler took over because the puddling was not corrected. He ripped up what they had done and discovered they had just tiled over the first tile! He ripped it all up and started from scratch. Peter walked off the job and then sent me threatening texts, saying he was going to put a lien on my house, and sue me for slander. I had to hire an attorney.I had a very negative experience with this contractor and would highly recommend you run, not walk away!

I had a truly great experience with Peter Sheppard and his team. Peter was tasked with adding a bathroom, finishing a bedroom, removing a kitchen ceiling and refinishing it. Peter and his team were the absolute definition of professionals from start to finish. During the quoting process they listened to exactly what I expected. They explained various ways the job could be completed with the pros and cons of each method. This allowed them to create a plan that fit my budget. Everyone brought in from plumbers to electricians were on time and did real high-quality work. The final product speaks for itself. I can also say they are highly trustworthy considering I was not able to be around while most of it was completed. Peter and everyone associated with Affinity Construction was honest, reliable, punctual, hardworking, and created high-quality results. They did all this high-quality work and finished ahead of schedule. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home.
