I do not know how to evaluate the 'high cost' criticism of this guy's work. I'm a little late reporting on the work he did for us - it was a little over a year ago, I believe. He oversaw the repair of a structural defect, the building of a bulkhead, the building of a (beautiful) mudroom with a large new deck. The work was done well and we did have face-time with Mr. Riordan. He was good about responding to e-mails and addressed all of our concerns. I have to add that he did this all while working on a much larger project in Boston, so the results could have suffered - but they didn't. Good work! We were pretty nervous about everything. We're not novices at having remodeling done.
