If I could give this place a zero I would. My dad is an 81-year-old man with Alzheimers disease. It is difficult to get him out of the house due to his confusion. He fell a few months back and knocked out three of his teeth. When we brought him to this office, they told us that there was nothing they could do except for pull out all of his teeth - not exactly a solution. Today we were able to convince my dad to leave the house, which is no small feet . This office demanded that we show up in person to request the medical records so we did. We stopped there prior to his other appointment and requested that she send them over to the new dentist. We were met with nothing but bad attitude, worse service, and a seemingly bitter person who has zero interest in helping patients in need. Larissa was extremely rude and continued to refuse to send the records, stating I will do it when I have a chance over and over. people working in medical facilities are not the gatekeeper of information, theyre supposed to be helping the people get the information out to where it needs to go.
After much pleading, it was very obvious we were not going to get the help that we needed. Do not come to the dentist office if you care about your loved ones.
