We had a great experience working with Ryan and his team at Halyard. We had a large kitchen renovation done in an older house which required both creativity and problem solving at many stages. Ryan was up to the task. His process is transparent and he truly manages all aspects of his projects, alleviating much of the stress a homeowner typically feels during renovations. Had a first floor renovation done by Halyard Services. A new kitchen was placed, new wood flooring, half bath added with new plumbing, new closet, new window, three walls removed and support beams placed, lighting installed, handmade woodwork for kitchen island top, hand crafted wood vanity for the bathroom, paint, plastering, and tiling done. The entire project took 3.5 months. It ran like a well oiled machine! Ryan kept the project organized and running smoothly at all times. His communication was stellar as it was known at all times where things stood with the project. His team was very dedicated to working in a professional, very skilled and reliable manner. All plans were well communicated at all times. Ryan and his team were very approachable and easy to communicate with regarding any questions or changes to the project. After living in the newly renovated space, we are beyond pleased with how things came together! The attention to detail, the quality of the work and the beautiful finishes have made our new space beautifully functional. We would highly recommend Ryan and his team! This past summer Ryan and his team brought our outdated1970's kitchen into the 21rst century. Ryan and team were a pleasure to work with during the remodel. Ryan's team and the sub-contractors that he uses came on time, were respectful of our home and did quality work. Ryan made the challenges easy with his willingness to collaborate, calm demeanor and we always came up with right solution. Overall , I LOVE my new kitchen and highly recommend Ryan and his team! Th As new homeowners, they were excellent at not just completing the job at a high quality, on-time, and on-budget but in truly helping guide us through the process and navigate changes and solutions with ease. Ryan and his team did an excellent job fully renovating our kitchen, bathroom, and updating our hardwood floors. We felt very confident in the quality of Halyards work and relied on their expertise to guide us through design and to make the right decisions for our home. It was easy to work with Ryan, he was great at communicating throughout the project, knowledgeable, and very thorough.
