Having just moved into a new house, I decided why not try one of those pick up Thanksgiving dinners. I saw Diamond advertise in a number of spots. I got a good size turkey and fixins for about $90.The turkey was great. It was done right and the meat was moist.The gravy was good and homemade stuffing was excellent.Green beans we're blah. They were the frozen ones, and practically still frozen. Really dissapointed here.The mashed potatoes were o.k. Nothing to write home about.The banana fritters were a waste of money. Nothing good about this.Overall, the value lacked. The bird was a good size, and if the sides had been homemade and delicious I would have been happy.2 stars.

Threw a 50th party at Gannon Golf course.  The venue was gorgeous.  The service was extremely lacking.  If customer service is important to you -this is not the caterer for you.  Kim doesn't return calls - and when we had an appt to meet with her she was late.   The night of the party the tables were not set up as I requested and we were never offered the coffee and tea - which I paid for.   In fact the waitresses LEFT for the night without even informing me they were leaving (this was still with an hour and a half left to go with the function).  I had to call Kim from the party and got a whole lot of attitude.   A week later and I have still yet to receive my credit card receipt and a copy of the contract - although I was charged a week ahead of time including tip!  (I WILL NEVER AGAIN TIP BEFORE SERVICE IS RENDERED!).  I think the reason she hasn't given me the receipt is because it is usually given with a survey!    Food was okay  (although buffalo chicken calzone tasted soapy???) definitely not worth the frustration though.  It's too bad because the function room was lovely.  Customer be forewarned!

Diamonds catering catered my wedding at Ganon golf club on August 21st, 2015. Made my wedding a nightmare. So first off she didn't answer any of our calls. When she did answer she would tell us to come at a certain time and we would get there and she would not be there and by the time she answered the call we would be all the way back home and she would have every excuse in the book to why she didn't show up. She forgot our wine until the day of. We gave her 500$ and 200$ was supposed to be returned  after the wedding. We called her for the money back and told us we were not getting it back because she gave it to her staff for a tip WHEN SHE TOLD US TIP WAS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE WE PAYED FOR THE FOOD AND IF WE DID NOT WANT TO TIP WE SHOUTCAST BE OBLIGATED TO BECAUSE IT IS NOT ILLEGAL TO NOT TIP. SOME CULTURES ACTUALLY DO NOT TIP. SO TO TAKE OUR DEPOSIT FOR THAT IS ILLEGAL BECAUSE IT IS NOT ILLEGAL NOT TO TIP. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Kim is so unprofessional and to be honest with you she has an extremely nasty attitude. She needs to take business class to learn how to run a business . She is a lier and a greedy person. DO NOT BOOK THEM
