        My wife and I spent over two thousand dollars on a dress that was made of cheap fabric, and not tailored towards her wishes. On top of everything two months before the wedding we went to go check on the status of the dress it wasnt even finished. Lets just say my wife and I were scrambling looking for a dress. If you need a custom dress in Salem I do not recommend this place. So disappointed in quality and customer service we werent even offered to be reimbursed.. but we were sent the dress . NOT EVEN FINISHED.

        I am so happy I found Atelier Cape Ann! My wedding dress needed some pretty significant alterations, and Svitlana did a beautiful job. She made sure I was comfortable and that my dress fit perfectly. I wish I had known about her custom gowns when looking for a dress- they are stunning. Highly recommend!

        SVITLANA IS A MIRACLE WORKER! I went to 7 bridal shops before coming to her for a completely custom dress. I not only wanted very specific elements but I'm very petite. Her experience was so important in making sure what I wanted would work, and the results were amazing. She even custom-fit the lace from the dress to make my veil to match. She's just a delight to work with and I couldn't be happier!

        I love my dress! I always wanted a black wedding dress and veil, and Svitlana drew me a design. I tried several dresses and decided to combine elements from two dresses for a unique look. I am so happy and recommend Svitlana to everyone. My wedding is on December 24!

        Had such a great experience here! Svitlana was kind, friendly, and did great work for a very reasonable rate. Wish I had known about her before I got married! Would definitely come here for any special occasion!

      I am very sorry that you are feeling that way…I am sorry for the miscommunication with your wife, but everything was executed based on her wishes, none of the dissatisfaction was communicated to me. Your wife ordered a red dress based on a photo in white in June 3d, 2023 and I promised to make it.She was very nice and never said that she didn’t like the dress, all materials were approved by your wife. She choose the lace, color, and other accessories.We spent a lot of time searching laces and fabrics that were going to be in the same red tone. Also, she asked to make a black fur shrug with red feathers. At the fitting, she changed her mind and I did not even charge for those changes. Most of the work was done before her first appointment. During the first fitting on September 15th, she asked to do some changes and add detachable train.I ordered more fabric and crystal stones. We planed to meet on November 4th but she decided to cancel the order when the dress was almost finished.I had to ship the dress to her the month before your wedding.We made the dress based on the photo that you gave us. I am going to post this beautiful outfit in our Google photos.
