        I signed up for the over draft protection plan and they are completely ignoring it! They don't care about the customer at all. All they care about it money! Absolutely the worst customer service.

        Love that there are so many branches with open hours that work for me. The Highland Ave branch is great. Everyone is super friendly and always helpful.
