I have been going to this branch for years. Since the staff turnover during COVID this place just isn't the same. I manage several accounts at the the bank for multiple businesses. It seems to be a constant change of staff and really nobody is friendly or helpful...they all just seem annoyed. It's very disappointing and I miss the good ole days when I'd get a smile and a hello. Jeez - sorry to waste your time with my business!

I'm very happy with this bank. Great staff, nice facility, and good rates on savings accounts.

I've been to 3 branches today. Rowley at 11:30, Newburyport at 12:45, and Salisbury at 1:30. All have had a non working ATM. This is not the first time this year its happened. I've been banking with them since 1990. It might be time to move on.

I would have loved to give you guys 5 stars. A well-maintained exterior, very clean inside, and everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly.
Yet, I was denied an account because I work in the cannabis industry. I don't take this personally, as the person who I spoke with explained it simply and was regretful about the situation.
This one star is not a reflection of this individual bank, but your institution as a whole and its policies.
