I will only take my car to Family Auto, nowhere else. Sean is the best, he is very honest and takes the time to explain everything so well. As a young woman, it feels good to know that my lack of car knowledge will not be taken advantage of and that I am getting a fair service at a fair price, which is hard to come by! The only place I trust..highly recommend!!

Absolute a**hole stopped a tow I paid 75 dollars for over a fifty dollar fee he wouldnt allow me to pay on my card had to be cash told my tow to leave and ended up paying a ton of money and got an attitude cause I couldnt pay the high quote I received to fix it horrible customer service and care.
