They updated us through out the whole process, they offered resolutions for any issues that presented themselves and they were very professional. I recently had body work done at another autobody shop on this vehicle and the work wasn't even close to the work done here at Gino's.

Ginos has done numerous repairs on several of my cars. They do great work but ripped me off on the last one. It came in for body work but they suggested brakes for about $1,000. And then added calipers for a few hundred more. Then an alternator, and tires, about $1,000 each. Then a few other items for an additional $1,000. I agreed verbally, expecting a bill about $4,000. But when I showed up the bill was over $5,700. I had no choice but to pay it, they were holding my keys. I feel ripped off for trusting them and won't do so again.

My mother loves the work that Girolamo did on the car. You can barley tell that anything was wrong with it. Ive never seen a worker work this well in my life, patient and very detailed. Im glad he was the one who worked on the car.

Friendly.honest..accommodating. What more could you ask for. Ginos has done body work on my car in the past and have been using them for mechanical maintenance too!!! Yes they do more than bodywork . Loaner cars too . A++++
