Keep receiving bills since January for full balance despite providing my sons dual insurance. Spoke with someone in the past who admitted they hadnt billed the insurances and said they would. Sure enough another bill comes again this month with out submitting for insuramce. Have been trying to call and their phone number doesn't even work. Horrible company to work with

Rude, unhelpful representatives. Refuse to negotiate with my insurance and keep balance billing me for $900. In the state of MA if you have insurance they must cover 911 services at only your deductible or copay, yet they keep sending me a bill outside what my insurance has covered claiming they are not contracted. This is not my problem, thankfully the law has me protected but how to actually get them to act in this law is beyond me. Ive made calls back and forth to insurance and this company. This companys reps are rude. Although they acknowledge I should not owe this balance they refuse to help me figure out how to resolve this issue.

They need training desperately. I provided them all the information on my insurance company 2 months (still timely) later because it was not taken when I got in the ambulance. They sent the claim and got a denial for medical records. Instead of faxing with the letter and claim number. They sent my records via fax with no other information so the records could be anywhere. No guarantee they faxed to the correct number because the refuse to provide it. They never reached out to the insuracne company. "Their notes state called no one answered". They then sent another claim after no response and got a denial for duplicate. Rather than find out what it was duplicate to they sat on the bill for months then billed me in Jan 23. My insurance denied for timely, and they want to hold me responsible for the full bill even after they have been proven to send past timely. I sent a letter from my insurance stating that and now they are threatening collections. They get zero stars from me. But I can't submit without clicking on something.
