Jim is thorough and professional, and cares about what he does. He responded quickly to our initial inquiry and gave us a detailed quote for exactly what work needed to be done. While carrying out that work, he kept us updated on what he was doing, and let us know when anything unexpected came up - as well as taking care of things along the way we hadnt even asked him to do (and without adding extras to his original quote). Jim did a great job for us, and we wouldnt hesitate to work with him again or recommend him to others. Hes also a very nice guy! Jim responded promptly to my request for work to be done. He completed the work as per our agreement. He was on the job continuously till the work was complete.
