CARLOS the hygienist was amazing! I have very sensitive teeth and he was very patient with me and my needs! Over all from the receptionist to the dentist, everyone was amazing!

This is a horrible place I brought my daughter in this clinic for braces but they told us that she need to do the cleaning first and after that they said she has 3 cavities that need to filled in. We scheduled the appointment for fillings but unfortunately my daughter cannot go because she is under age so I schedule her to the nearest Branch located in Malden and again my daughter cannot go because of graduation practice. Finally, I booked a new schedule for her in Malden branch so my daughter showed up in the clinic and she was not seen after a 45 minutes waiting because the images is not yet available coming from the Revere branch so again she was not seen by the dentist. As mother am worried that my daughter needs that fillings right away so I decided to go back to our official dentist so that he can take care of the fillings. In the process we have to ask for a copy of the images in order not to be charge by the insurance. My daughter and our Dentist secretary signed up for an authorization to release the images that we needed but several attempts was done thru phone and email but no images has been released even they said they already emailed it. To my concern I called the Revere clinic to find out why they are not releasing the images that we are requesting. The lady in the phone said she can't find my daughter in their system so I told them that we went there and I spelled out her name one by one to make sure that she is looking for the right patient. Finally, she found my daughters' account. I told the girl in the phone that I will not hang up the phone until I will I get what I want so she email me the authorization to release the information, so I did signed and emailed back to her. Surprisingly, the lady said that she need the actual copy paper so ask her if the scanned copy is not enough? So I said give me your fax number so you will have a paper copy. So finally she agree with hesitation cuz I will not hang up the phone until I received the images and I got it! Well, EVERYONE YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS OUR OFFICIAL DENTIST CHECK ALL THE IMAGES and Said My daughter DOESN'T HAVE ANy CaVaties don't need any filings. You guys figured out what this Clinic is doing to thier pt. Be careful!

My daughter and I had a poor experience, to say the least. The orthodontist and her assistant were incredibly condescending and rude. My 12 year old daughter left the appointment crying. I don't believe a staff of medical professionals should be shaming a minor patient into tears. They were extremely inconsiderate and uncaring twords her. When I spoke with who I assumed was the assistant, he was curt and impolite. Not allowing me to speak. Interrupting me with in my very first sentence of communication. Only to boldly disagree, tell me I was wrong, without allowing me to finish my thought. Terrible bedside manor, manners, and communication all around. I have waited in this office without seating for an hour in the past. This orthodontist is constantly canceling appointments to reschedule. We were canceled on 4x this summer. Nobody deserves to be treated so poorly. Obviously, we will be taking our business elsewhere, I would never willingly have another interaction with this staff again.
