I met with Erik today & took a tour & was very pleased . Erik was excellent & explained the whole layout to me. I thought the apartments were beautiful & immaculate.

I haven't moved in yet, but I'm very close to moving in and I can't wait. Eric has been so helpful. He's amazing. He keeps me updated with all the information. And because I'm a section 8 person. He's just gone above and beyond what I expected hes amazing and really helping to move things along !!

Terrible place to live, trashy neighbors that dont sleep at all with lot of drugs addiction going on here, you are losing lot of good tenants because of trashy and noisy people who have no respect at all, drugs and alcohol parties days and nights, you are turning this place into unsafe environment for lot of good tenants with kids, with the way you are managing this place, you are definitely going to lose, I know you guys you dont care because your problems solving actions is nonexistent. For those whos thinking about renting here, make a quick U turn and run. You are have lot financing commitments to the Banks to meet at the end of months, Thats why you leasing it to anyone who walks in your office. Take real actions because you have lot of unhappy tenants.

I literally cannot wait till my lease is up to leave this place, it is not worth the cost, i have lost so much money within packages missing it is insane, management never does anything about it, doesnt check cameras and someone is clearly taking packages, certain companies do not refund and you cant get your money back and it is getting out of hand. I would say 1000 dollars worth the years i have lived here. Not a good desicion in coming and leasing here. Oh! And The only people you see WORKING is maintenance other than that leasing office closes early so cant check packages after 4pm which is crazy Weekends it varies. Sanitation has gone down the last year to the ground it smells, it is disgusting, if they are going to have a very much friendly pet association they should maintain it.
