I am a viable small business because of small business aide. Strong working knowledge of the arts and the tax duty pratfalls therein, communicative, and timely. My desk looks like this, small business aide's does not. I'm not in jail. Any questions?

I have been a customer of Small Business Aide for 15 years. I have Mary and her staff do almost everything related to accounting, taxes, IRS communications, small business and local real estate tax law, and business advisement. They have helped me out very many times with challenging issues and well as routine tax filings, payroll, and real estate. I have worked with medium sized accounting firms and I hated it, because there was so much overhead communication between the bookkeeper, accountant, tax lawyer, and business manager. It ended up costing me a lot of money. Most tax lawyers don't want to do bookkeeping or accounting themselves, but Small Business Aide does all of these things well and fast. They stay current on tax law changes, and know how to do accurate payroll and tax payments. My biggest job as an entrepreneur is generate good business ideas that actually bring in revenue. I have to create and deliver the products (software) to customers, and consulting and training services to clients. I am almost allergic to paperwork, so I am usually behind or late with it because I let it stack up. Small Business Aide helps me remove the panic and drama that I create unnecessarily, and ground me with calm and sanity, to get the paperwork done in a way that I can understand easily. This lets me get back to delivering the business. Mary and her staff help me figure out how to simplify things, get out of my own way, and do them in the least amount of time. They are a godsend for small business owners.

Went to her a few years and had no issues. Then I brought my girlfriend and not only did we not get told what right paperwork to bring but it took seven and a half months to get a return. She never return phone calls. Won't be going back
