I love reading negative reviews! I immediately know who the 5% are. 5% of the people you deal with, in your personal & professional life, will never be happy. These people are at the Marriott right now, complaining that someone left a chocolate on their pillow. Or, the free shrimp at the buffet are too small. Anytime I've dealt with this operation (Ryan, Don, Melissa) they've made it clear to me that they appreciate the fact that I understand what they're up against. My last time in, someone was dropping off a generator that wasn't working...the day before our last "so called hurricane". These are the same people who stand in front of their microwaves, and tap their feet while looking at their watch. Common sense is not that common these days. It's tough to be positive & upbeat, when you are constantly dealing with the 5%, who happen to lack common sense as well...service your snowblower in September, not two days before the blizzard! My hat goes off to RDL, and I appreciate their knowledge, and understanding of this small engine world. Keep up the great work, and move on from the 5%!
