After personally knowing Marjorie Youngren for many years, I knew that if the day ever came that I would need to sell my house there would be NO question in my mind as to who that person would be! Selling a home is very stressful and emotional and Marjorie and her team Rachelle, Michelle and Ellen made us and our home feel like we were second to none. Because of Marjories expertise in home pricing, we were able to list and sell with an acceptable offer, over asking price, in 7 days. The marketing and efficiency of this process was amazing. There was no stone left unturned in the entire process. Included in the process was an extensive vendor list of professionals that we used to help prep and stage our home to better sell. The stagers were fantastic in updating our home. Marjories auctioneer was phenomenal as well! She sold most of what we owned through a live auction. She took what was the most stressful part of this process and turned it into a breeze and a profit! We cant thank the team enough for making selling such a smooth process. We had the pleasure of buying a home in Lynnfield from Marjorie back in 2014. We were new to town and had questions and concerns. As a real estate enthusiast, I have know Marjorie for many years and when it came time to sell our home, I chose her because she has high standards. She has high moral and ethical standards. We have met many agents who want to respresent both sellers and buyers, but Marjorie will not do this. Marjorie gives the sellers her full attention and will work for you and negotiate to get you the best price in the market. We sold our house when the tide was turning in the real estate market, but she still managed to get us above asking. She is very easy to work with and always responsive!! Marjorie listed and sold a property for me that involved numerous challenging legal and other issues, including the complex removal of an underground oil storage tank, not to mention figuring out how to list a property within the first weeks of a global pandemic. Marjorie's abundant experience and strategic vision were essential in putting together the best deal possible, and then keeping it together as we faced one curveball after another.
