I used to see Dr. Simons in my teenage years and well into my early twenties. I just saw him for the first time in 12 years after neglecting going to the dentist. I needed a second opinion regarding some major dental work I need to have done (full mouth extraction and dentures then dental implants), and I had to make sure that I was getting the best care and getting the right work done. I called their office and was booked for an appointment the following day at a time that was perfect for me. Courtney who works at reception is super sweet and was just really helpful from the initial call as well as a follow up call I made, these things go so far at least with someone like myself who is very concerned about the work I will need done in the not too distant future; so even from the first call I felt better and so very much appreciate it. Laura is a real gem too, she is absolutely just amazing. To anyone who is fearful of going to the dentist for any reason, whether it is a general fear, or someone who has put off going to the dentist out of fear and anxiety; you are in good hands here both professionally and emotionally. Fear not. Dr. Simon is truly a kind, compassionate and knowledgable man. He was so attentive in listening to my concerns and communicated on a vast variety of topics within a relatively short amount of time for what was covered, and made it void of any ambiguity or confusion. He gave me a great reference for specialty work I need done, and was also honest about pricing which was also really refreshing. The whole staff are just great. I am very grateful for businesses like these that arent just looking for your money. The human element is very much alive here. To anyone reading this who is worried about going to the dentist, within the first minute of speaking to anyone at Reading Dental PC will demonstrate you have nothing to fear. My aunt also went to school with Dr. Simons, and she has always had wonderful things to say about him, and for good reason. Meeting with him was so helpful in very specific ways in which I needed, I only wish I did so a month and a half ago, as it would have saved me the massive stress I have been under. I didnt get everyones name, but everybody I saw there added no exception to what I have previously stated. Thank you Dr. Simons, Courtney and Laura! The kindness youve shown has gone much farther than you probably truly know. And right now that means everything to me. Oh and on a final note, my teeth are in terrible shape, except the ones that Dr. Simon had done work on over 12 years ago, and those still should have passed their shelf life at this point. He does a wonderful job, and it shows even in the unfortunate circumstance I have gotten myself into by neglecting my dental health for over a decade.

My husband and I have both been patients of Dr. Simons for many years. We love Dr. Simons so much that, even though we moved to Florida almost three years ago, we still fly back home to Boston for all of our dental needs. This week we are in Boston for some family visits. I called his office seeing if I could possibly get a last-minute appointment while were here because I needed some work done. Not only did he get me in for a last-minute appointment, he spent two hours with me in the chair. I swear I feel like a new person. He did an incredible job as usual. He also replaced a filling for my husband who came with me without an appointment. He is without a doubt THE best dentist in the north shore area!!!! And he is not only a great dentist, he is a very compassionate and caring person.
